New design [and more] for my blog! Marco Giusti is an excellent Italian web designer and the last 2 weeks I worked with him creating the new Karagos.com look & feel. The new design you already see is the result of this cooperation. Apart from the design, an other, very important feature for this Tumblr-blog is that now ANYONE can participate here! YES, you just press the button “Submit a story” [on the right sidebar] and your post will appear on my front page. So simple so collaborative :-) I’m a Drupal evangelist but for a blog, Tumblr is a real killer app, especially for busy people like myself ;-)

Νάμαστε πάλι εδώ!

Το να συντηρηρείς ένα blog όσο κ απλό κ να αίνεται δεν είναι καθόλου απλό όταν το έχεις στήσει μόνος σου πάνω σε κάποιο CMS κ πρέπει κάθε λίγο να το συντηρείς ώστε να είναι updated.

Οι περισσότεροι θα ξέρετε οτι είμαι Drupal fan κ ότι έχω φτιάξει μέχρι τώρα είναι στημένο πάνω σε αυτό το ΚΑΤΑΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟ σε όλα του CMS.

Εδώ κ μήνες όμως έψαχνα τον τρόπο να είμαι πιο συνεπής στις “υποχρεώσεις” των blog μου κ να ασχοληθώ αποκλειστικά με την προσθήκη posts κ όχι με updates κ προσθήκη νέων δυνατοτήτων…

Πριν μερικούς μήνες [κατά τον Νοέμβρη που πέρασε] ανακάλυψα το Τumblr.

Πέρασαν μερικοί μήνες πριν το χρησιμοποιήσω μια κ στην αρχή δεν του έδωσα τη σημασία που του άξιζε.

To Tumblr είναι το online εργαλείο Βlogging για υπερβολικά απασχολημένους ανθρώπους σαν κ μένα ;-)

Παρέχει ένα διαφορετικό, εύκολο κ πολύ γρήγορο τρόπο να κάνεις σχεδόν κάθε είδους Post χωρίς να σε προβληματίζουν θέματα όπως οι διαστάσεις φωτογραφιών, videos κλπ.

Όλη αυτή η διαδικασία κ ο τρόπος blogging έχει ήδη δώσει το όνομα tumbelogs σε αυτού του είδους τα blogs κ ίσως να είναι ο επόμενος δρόμος για ξανααυξηθεί η πεσμένη συμμετοχή που παρουσιάζεται τους τελευταίους μήνες στους απανταχού bloggers.

Δοκιμάστε το κ θα δείτε πόσο πιο γρήγορα θα κάνετε posting σε σχέση μετο παρελθόν…

Καλή συνέχεια κ νέα αρχή μαζί ;-)
